- Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
- Items such as underwear, toiletries, and sale or discount items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons and discount policy.
3. Return Process:
- Contact us by email at militarnaamerica@gmail.com indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our response with detailed instructions on the return process.
4. Return Costs:
- Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is damaged or different from what was requested.
5. Reimbursement:
- After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Defective or Damaged Items:
- If the item you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation.
7. Exchanges:
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. We suggest you return the unwanted item and make a new purchase for the desired item.

- Keep the tracking number of your return shipment to track the delivery status.
